The work included in a particular service is defined in your engagement agreement. Purchasing one service does not automatically include other accounts, marketplaces, complaints, legal proceedings, or ongoing monitoring.

3.Worldwide Client Services

We accept enquiries from clients worldwide. Our ability to undertake a particular matter depends on applicable law, professional authorization, the relevant platform, and the court or tribunal concerned.

Serving clients worldwide does not mean that every attorney at our firm is admitted to practise in every state or country. Legal representation is undertaken only where the responsible attorney is appropriately licensed or otherwise authorized.

Where a matter requires local counsel, special admission, or another professional, we will explain the proposed arrangement, scope, and charges before obtaining your agreement.

Your engagement agreement will identify the responsible attorney and any relevant limits on the representation.

4.Consultations and Formation of an Engagement

Website content provides general information and is not a substitute for advice addressing your particular circumstances.

Submitting a form, sending an email, making an initial call, or receiving an automated acknowledgement does not, by itself, retain our firm or authorize us to act for you.

An engagement ordinarily begins after we complete necessary acceptance and conflict checks and both parties accept a written engagement agreement. This provision does not displace a relationship or duty that applicable law establishes from the circumstances.

Initial enquiries and prospective-client information remain subject to applicable confidentiality obligations.

Please disclose urgent deadlines immediately. We are not responsible for a deadline solely because it was mentioned in an enquiry; responsibility must be accepted as part of the engagement, subject to any duties imposed by law.

5.Engagement Scope and Authority

Before payment, we will identify in writing:

  • The client, service, and matter covered.
  • The work, deliverables, and important scope exclusions.
  • The service fee, currency, payment schedule, and expenses.
  • Responsibility for submissions and third-party communications.
  • Relevant deadlines and estimated timeframes.
  • Any agreed outcome, refund eligibility, and case window.
  • The responsible attorney and relevant authorization, where legal representation is included.

You must have the legal capacity and authority to instruct us for the business or account concerned.

An appeal engagement does not automatically include litigation, arbitration, trademark proceedings, or a power of attorney. Those activities require an expressly agreed scope and any necessary separate authorization.

Material scope changes and additional charges require written agreement. We will not undertake chargeable work outside the agreed scope without authorization.

6.Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, genuine documents, and a complete account of relevant facts.

You must disclose previous appeals, related accounts, complaints, notices, deadlines, and developments that may affect the matter. You should respond to reasonable requests and implement corrective actions agreed for your case.

You must tell us about material submissions or communications made by you or another adviser so that we can coordinate the work.

We do not create fabricated evidence, false invoices, misleading statements, or unlawful submissions.

If missing information, delays, or conflicting instructions materially affect our work, we will explain the effect and any proposed change to the timetable or scope.

Nothing in these Terms prevents you from seeking independent advice, making a complaint, or exercising your legal rights.

7.Fees, Payment, and Expenses

The accepted quotation or engagement agreement sets out your fees, currency, applicable taxes, and payment schedule. We may require an agreed advance payment before beginning work.

Website prices are indicative unless expressly presented as a binding offer. The written price accepted for your engagement applies to that matter.

Our service fees are separate from approved third-party expenses, which may include court, arbitration, government filing, translation, or expert charges.

We will disclose and obtain approval for chargeable third-party expenses before incurring them. Material fee changes require written agreement.

Advance payment does not automatically make a fee earned or non-refundable. Legal fees and expenses will be handled in accordance with the agreement and applicable professional rules.

Any outcome-dependent fee arrangement will include the written terms and disclosures required by applicable law.

8.Refunds for Eligible Unsuccessful Cases

For cases accepted under our unsuccessful-case refund commitment, we provide a 100% refund of the service fee paid for the covered case when the agreed outcome is not achieved and the disclosed eligibility conditions are satisfied.

Before payment, we will specify whether your case is covered, the outcome constituting success, the case window and its starting point, and any material eligibility conditions.

For an outcome-based reinstatement or funds-release engagement, drafting or submitting documents alone does not constitute the agreed successful outcome.

For advice, document preparation, filing, monitoring, or another deliverable-based service, the purchased deliverable and refund treatment must be identified before payment.

A covered case becomes eligible for an unsuccessful-case refund when:

  • The relevant platform or authority issues a final denial of the covered request;
  • We confirm that the covered case has ended without achieving the agreed outcome; or
  • The agreed case window expires without the agreed outcome.

An extension requires written agreement. We will not indefinitely postpone eligibility by requiring additional appeals or proceedings beyond the agreed scope and case window.

An eligible refund returns 100% of the service fee for the covered case. No administrative, processing, or completed-work deduction will be taken from that refund.

Separately approved third-party expenses follow their disclosed refund terms. Any unused or recoverable expense amounts will be returned where required. Separately priced matters and partial results follow the outcome and fee allocation agreed before payment.

Any exclusion must be disclosed before payment, relevant to the matter, and proportionate. Intentional fabrication, material dishonesty, or a material breach of agreed obligations may affect eligibility where it materially undermines or prevents the agreed work. We will explain the factual and contractual basis for refusing a claim.

An allegation by Amazon or another party does not automatically prove deliberate misconduct by you. A difficulty disclosed to us and accepted at the outset does not, by itself, remove eligibility.

To request a refund, email support@amazon-attorney.com with your name, payment reference, case reference, and reason for the request.

Submit the request within 30 calendar days after the eligibility event. This contractual period does not shorten any longer statutory right or mandatory entitlement.

We will request only information reasonably needed to assess the claim and provide a written explanation of any refusal. Approved refunds will be issued within 14 business days after receipt of a complete request. Bank or payment-provider processing may take additional time.

Refunds ordinarily use the original payment method or another method agreed with you. Service credit will not replace a monetary refund without your consent.

For this processing commitment, business days are Monday through Friday, excluding United States federal holidays.

Our Payment and Refund Policy provides detailed procedures and must be read consistently with this commitment. Undisclosed terms cannot reduce the 100% refund promised for a covered unsuccessful case.

9.Cancellation by the Client

You may request cancellation by emailing support@amazon-attorney.com.

If you cancel before work begins, we will refund the service fee. Separately approved expenses already incurred follow their disclosed terms.

If you cancel after work begins, we may retain an amount for work actually completed where the fee allocation was disclosed and agreed beforehand and retention is permitted by law and professional rules. We will provide an itemized explanation and refund the unearned balance.

Cancellation deductions do not apply to a case already entitled to a 100% unsuccessful-case refund.

Mandatory cancellation rights remain available.

10.Outcomes and Timeframes

Amazon, complainants, courts, arbitrators, registration authorities, and other third parties make their own decisions.

We cannot guarantee reinstatement, release of funds, withdrawal of a complaint, registration, or a favourable judgment or award.

Time estimates depend on the work, available evidence, client cooperation, and third-party procedures. An estimate is not a guaranteed completion date unless expressly agreed.

These provisions do not excuse failure to perform our agreed obligations or remove an applicable refund entitlement.

A later restriction or separate dispute may require a new engagement unless continuing protection or support is included in the original scope.

11.Independence from Amazon

AMAZON ATTORNEY LLP operates independently of Amazon. We are not owned or employed by Amazon, and our name does not imply Amazon's endorsement.

We do not control Amazon's internal processes, platform policies, account decisions, or funds held by Amazon.

Amazon-related names and trademarks identify the platforms and services concerned and belong to their respective owners.

12.Confidentiality, Privacy, and Communications

We handle information in accordance with applicable professional confidentiality duties, privacy law, and our Privacy Policy.

Information may be used or shared as reasonably necessary and authorized for the agreed work, or where permitted or required by law.

Not every website interaction automatically attracts attorney-client privilege. Applicable protections depend on the circumstances and governing law.

We will not publish identifying case details, client documents, or testimonials without appropriate permission.

We may communicate electronically using agreed channels. Sensitive documents should be supplied through the method agreed for your matter. Do not include passwords or one-time verification codes in an initial website enquiry.

Marketing permission, where required, is obtained separately. Cookie use is addressed in our Cookie Policy and applicable consent controls.

13.Client Documents and Intellectual Property

You retain your rights in materials you provide. You authorize their use for assessing and performing the engagement and associated lawful administration.

Your agreement identifies ownership and permitted use of work product. Subject to any lawful written restriction, you may use documents delivered for your matter, including submitting them to the relevant platform, authority, or adviser.

Our website content, branding, and reusable materials remain protected by applicable intellectual property rights.

Nothing in this section restricts access to client files or other rights protected by law or professional rules.

14.Acceptable Website Use

You may use our website to learn about our services and submit legitimate enquiries.

You must not use it to impersonate another person, transmit malicious software, gain unauthorized access, submit unlawful material, or deliberately interfere with its operation.

Third-party websites linked from our site operate under their own terms and policies. A link does not guarantee their content or constitute endorsement.

15.Ending an Engagement

You may end an engagement, subject to applicable procedures and the financial provisions of your agreement and these Terms.

We may decline or withdraw from a matter where permitted or required by law or professional rules, including conflicts, unlawful instructions, or material non-cooperation.

Where appropriate, we will explain the reason, provide reasonable notice, and take the steps required to protect your interests. These may include addressing urgent deadlines, providing relevant files, and refunding unearned fees or unused expenses.

Any required court or tribunal permission will be obtained.

Ending an engagement does not remove an accrued refund entitlement.

16.Responsibility and Liability

We remain responsible for our contractual obligations and applicable professional duties.

An adverse third-party decision does not, by itself, establish a breach by us. Equally, an outcome disclaimer does not excuse failure to perform the agreed work.

These Terms do not waive malpractice claims, limit all remedies to a refund, or exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or deliberate misconduct.

Mandatory consumer rights and professional complaint rights remain protected.

17.Complaints, Governing Law, and Disputes

Please email complaints to support@amazon-attorney.com, identifying your case and explaining the issue. We will review the complaint and provide a reasoned response.

Seeking direct resolution does not prevent access to courts, regulators, professional bodies, or other available remedies.

The engagement agreement will identify the governing law and any validly agreed dispute-resolution arrangements for your matter. Where no valid choice applies, law and jurisdiction are determined under the applicable legal rules.

Mandatory rights that apply regardless of a contractual choice remain protected.

Our AAA arbitration service concerning Amazon does not automatically require arbitration of a dispute between you and our firm. Any such arrangement must be separately and validly agreed where permitted.

18.Relationship Between Documents and Changes

Your accepted engagement agreement specifies case scope, fees, responsibilities, and service-specific arrangements. These Terms and policies apply when provided and incorporated into the engagement.

Case-specific terms must not silently remove an advertised refund commitment provided before purchase. Mandatory law and professional rules prevail over inconsistent contractual wording.

We may update these Terms and publish the revised date. Updates apply prospectively and do not automatically rewrite existing engagements or reduce accrued rights.

Material changes to an existing engagement require any notice, consent, or written amendment required by the agreement and applicable law.

If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
