Payment and Refund Policy

Effective date: September 30, 2026  |  Last updated: September 30, 2026

Our Refund Commitment

We offer a refund of 100% of the professional service fees paid for an eligible unsuccessful case, subject to the eligibility requirements, deadlines, and exclusions explained below.

This is a service-fee refund commitment. It is not a guarantee that Amazon will reinstate an account, restore a listing, release funds, or make any particular decision. Amazon independently decides the outcome of submissions.

Payments and Covered Services

Before payment, we provide a written quotation or engagement agreement identifying:

  • The service being purchased
  • The account, marketplace, listings, or dispute covered
  • The agreed outcome
  • Professional service fees and payment terms
  • Any separately charged third-party expenses
  • Whether the unsuccessful-case refund applies
  • The applicable case period

The unsuccessful-case refund applies to outcome-based services expressly offered with this refund commitment.

Services purchased solely for consultation, document review, drafting, or another defined deliverable are assessed against that deliverable. They are not automatically covered by a reinstatement or recovery refund commitment unless this is expressly included before payment.

A service advertised with the 100% unsuccessful-case refund must not be silently excluded in the engagement agreement.

Eligibility

A case qualifies for the unsuccessful-case refund when:

  • It was accepted under this refund policy.
  • The client paid the applicable professional service fees.
  • The agreed outcome has not been achieved.
  • An unsuccessful-case trigger described below has occurred.
  • The client provided honest information and cooperated with the agreed process.
  • No applicable exclusion has been established.

Missing documents, previous rejected appeals, or other difficulties disclosed before acceptance do not invalidate eligibility merely because those known difficulties later affect the outcome.

What Counts as Success

Success means the specific outcome recorded in the engagement agreement has been achieved and supported by appropriate evidence.

Examples include:

  • Selling privileges restored for the specified account and marketplace
  • The specified ASIN or listing restored
  • The agreed funds-recovery outcome achieved

Preparing an appeal, submitting documents, receiving an acknowledgement, or obtaining a request for additional information does not by itself constitute success.

Partial achievement does not count as full success unless the engagement agreement identified separately priced, independent cases or outcomes before payment.

For separately priced cases, the refund covers 100% of the professional service fees paid for each eligible unsuccessful case.

For a single bundled case requiring all specified outcomes, incomplete achievement remains unsuccessful unless a different allocation was expressly agreed and disclosed before payment.

What Counts as an Unsuccessful Case

A covered case becomes unsuccessful when the agreed outcome remains unachieved and any of the following occurs:

1.

Amazon issues a final decision ending the available appeal process for the issue covered by the engagement.

2.

We confirm in writing that we are closing the case without achieving the agreed outcome.

3.

The agreed case period expires without the agreed outcome being achieved.

An initial rejection or a request for further information does not automatically mean the case is unsuccessful.

Refund eligibility does not require the client to purchase arbitration, litigation, or another additional service.

Case Period

The default case period is 90 calendar days.

A different period may apply where it is clearly explained and agreed in writing before payment.

The case period begins when we have received the agreed payment and the initial information and documents identified as necessary to begin the case.

We confirm the case start date in writing within five business days of receiving those items.

Later information requests do not automatically restart the case period.

Any extension must state its reason and new deadline and must be agreed by the client in writing. We will not extend the period indefinitely through repeated appeals or escalation requests.

Refund Amount

For an eligible unsuccessful case, we refund 100% of the professional service fees actually paid for the covered case.

We do not deduct administration charges, drafting charges, processing charges, or completed-work charges from that qualifying refund.

Any applicable tax adjustment is handled as required by law.

Amounts already refunded for the same fee are deducted only to prevent duplicate reimbursement.

Third-Party Expenses

Separately itemised and approved expenses paid to independent third parties are outside the professional service-fee refund.

These may include government filing fees, court fees, arbitration fees, or other approved external expenses.

Such expenses must be disclosed before they are incurred.

Unused expense payments and amounts recovered from third parties will be returned to the client.

Internal staff time, drafting costs, case management, and administration are not third-party expenses and cannot be used to reduce a qualifying 100% service-fee refund.

Refund Request Deadline

A refund request must be submitted within 30 calendar days after the applicable unsuccessful-case trigger.

This deadline runs from the unsuccessful-case trigger, not from the original payment date.

A request submitted within that period remains timely even if our review or payment processing continues beyond the deadline.

This contractual deadline does not restrict any longer period or remedy available under applicable law.

How to Request a Refund

Email: support@amazon-attorney.com

Suggested subject: Refund Request — [Client Name / Case Reference]

Include:

  • Client name
  • Case reference or account name
  • Payment or invoice reference
  • The unsuccessful-case trigger relied upon
  • Relevant outcome evidence, if not already held by us

We will not require clients to resubmit information already available in their case file without a specific reason.

We acknowledge refund requests within three business days.

We provide a written eligibility decision within seven business days of receiving a complete request.

For a qualifying request, we issue the refund no later than 14 business days after receiving the complete request. The review period is included within that deadline.

If information is missing, we identify the necessary information within three business days.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued through the original payment method and currency where available, or another verified method agreed with the client.

We provide confirmation when the refund is issued.

The receiving bank or payment provider may require additional time to credit the funds. Any independent currency-conversion effects or receiving-bank charges are outside our control.

Business days mean Monday through Friday, excluding relevant public holidays.

Exclusions

The unsuccessful-case refund may be declined only where a documented, material exclusion applies, such as:

  • Knowingly supplying forged or manipulated evidence
  • Deliberately concealing facts essential to the accepted case
  • Introducing a new violation that materially prevents the agreed outcome
  • Refusing necessary cooperation after written notice and a reasonable opportunity to remedy the issue

For a remediable cooperation issue, we provide written notice explaining what is required and normally allow at least 14 calendar days to respond.

An exclusion must materially affect our ability to perform the agreed service or achieve the covered outcome.

An allegation in an Amazon rejection is not, by itself, proof that the client knowingly supplied false information.

Contacting Seller Support, seeking another opinion, or making a minor formatting change does not automatically invalidate the refund.

If we decline a request, we explain the applicable exclusion and supporting facts in writing.

Cancellation Refunds

If the client cancels before substantive work begins, we refund the professional service fees paid.

If the client voluntarily cancels after substantive work begins and before an unsuccessful-case trigger occurs, any deduction must correspond to documented work completed under charges or milestones disclosed and agreed before payment.

We provide an itemised explanation and refund the unused balance.

Where the unsuccessful-case refund already applies, the client receives the qualifying 100% service-fee refund. We will not reclassify that request as a voluntary cancellation to reduce the refund.

Once the agreed outcome has been achieved, an unsuccessful-case refund does not apply. A separate later enforcement issue is assessed separately unless included in the original scope.

Relationship with the Engagement Agreement

The engagement agreement records the case-specific scope, agreed outcome, fees, approved external expenses, and applicable case period.

This policy establishes the refund commitment for covered cases.

The engagement agreement must not replace the advertised 100% unsuccessful-case refund with a partial refund, undisclosed deduction, or conflicting no-refund clause.

Any service-specific limitation must be clearly disclosed before payment and must match the website offer.

This updated policy applies prospectively from its effective date. Existing signed agreements are not automatically rewritten. Previously agreed rights are not reduced by a later website update.

Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
